No. HOD is a guidance and management service, not a brokerage. We don't sell properties and don't earn commissions on deals. Our interest is that you buy right and that your property works for you.

What's the difference between investment guidance and property management?

Investment guidance accompanies you through the purchase process, from profiling to signing. Property management is an ongoing service that begins afterward, managing tenants, maintenance, and buildings. You can take either one separately, or both together.

How much does each service cost?

Investment guidance is based on a one-time fee unrelated to the property price, details are discussed in the introductory call. Property management is priced according to the property type and required service. In both cases, the cost is clear upfront, with no surprises.

Do you operate throughout Israel?

We know the Israeli real estate market well and work with clients and properties in various regions. In the introductory call, we'll understand your direction together and assess whether there's a good fit.

Do you work with a lawyer and mortgage advisor?

We work with professionals we can recommend as needed, a real estate lawyer and mortgage advisor. If you have your own professionals, we can work with them too. Their services are provided for a separate fee.

Do you guarantee a certain return?

No. No professional service can honestly guarantee returns. We do commit to a real evaluation, transparency, and professional management that achieves the best possible results.
